We deliver to all major centres and outlying areas in South Africa. We may not be able to deliver to you if you are in a remote location where courier companies do not operate, such as a remote farm, small holding, informal settlement or other remote area.

We do not ship online orders to customers outside of the borders of South Africa. However, we can deliver to your chosen freight forwarder.

Once payment is confirmed, your order will be processed. Orders with “In Stock” items are usually processed within 1 or 2 business days, with delivery being an additional 2 – 3 days thereafter. Orders with ‘Made To Order’ items can take up to 10 - 12 business days to manufacture, with delivery being an additional 2 – 3 days thereafter. Should you require your order sooner than the times stated above, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive shipping updates via email and SMS via our courier partners. You are welcome to contact us on info@silkbydesign.co.za at any time to confirm the status of your order before despatch.

Yes, absolutely! Silk by Design have been supplying artificial florals & trees for over 25 years, with thousands of happy customers in South Africa & around the world. Our sales department, aim to ensure that our customers receive outstanding service.

For our full T&C’s see here - but in short, any defective or damaged products will be replaced or refunded if reported within 48 hours of delivery. A 15% handling fee plus courier charges may be charged on any returns where the goods are not defective. Returns on ‘Made to Order’ items are discouraged, and will be at the sole discretion of Silk by Design.
