What are your lead times?
Our lead times vary depending on the size and complexity of the order, but as a rough guide:
- For orders under $5000 approx. 3 weeks.
- LCL (Less than Container Load) orders between $5k – $20k, approx. 3 – 6 weeks
- FCL (Full Container Load) orders above $20k, approx. 6 weeks.
Where do you ship from?
We ship from Durban, South Africa (ZADUR). We can offer both airfreight and sea freight options.
What packaging do you use? Will my order arrive in good condition?
We use a specially designed base & box system for all of our floral arrangements. These boxes are very sturdy and travel well.
Do I need to pay using South African Rands?
No, we generally trade in USD, but can also accept Euro & GBP up on request.
Do you offer any warranty or guarantees?
No, we don’t offer any specific warranties or guarantees, but we take quality very seriously, and will compensate customers in the unlikely event of defects.
